Delivery Time
Shipping times depend on your location within Egypt:
Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria:
Delivery within 1–2 business days.
Delta and Beheira Governorates:
Delivery within 2–3 business days.
All Other Governorates in Egypt:
Delivery within 3–5 business days.
Return & exchange policy

Eligibility Period:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Product Condition:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in undamaged, original packaging.
Request Method:
To request a return or exchange, please contact us via DMs with your order details and reason for the request.
Approval:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps.
Return Shipping Fees:
A return shipping fee of 65 EGP will be paid to cover the shipping company cost.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed via InstaPay or e-wallets within 3–5 business days after the return is received and approved.
Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
